Free Standard Shipping: 1 - 2 weeks

Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

3.Shipping Carriers
We partner with UPS, FedEx, and USPS for reliable nationwide delivery. The carrier is selected based on your location and package size.

4. Delivery Exceptions
Alaska & Hawaii: Free shipping applies, but delivery may take longer.

Undeliverable Packages: If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, contact us within 48 hours to arrange reshipment (fees may apply).

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email support@musecandle.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

FAQ — Fees, Refusal & Coordination

If my order is damaged and unusable, can I refuse delivery?

Yes. Please contact us at support@musecandle.com (or by phone) before refusing, so we can coordinate with the carrier.

Delivery Delay Disclaimer

Due to the complexity of production and logistics, the following may extend delivery times. The seller is not liable for such delays:

  • Custom: Customer-requested changes to structure, size, color, or craftsmanship during production.
  • Customer indecision: Hesitation or frequent order changes before/at production confirmation.
  • Force majeure: Natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, war, government controls, strikes, public holidays, international shipping delays, or other uncontrollable events.

If delays occur for the above reasons, we will stay in touch and help coordinate a new delivery plan, but compensation or refusal claims for such delays cannot be accepted.
